Shipping Policy
This page is maintained by JSD E-COMMERCE LTD to explain how Rebel Radiance orders are shipped and delivered.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping time
Standard delivery takes approximately 5 to 10 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders $50+ after discounts. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout for qualifying orders.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Final shipping costs will be shown before payment.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show movement after the carrier receives the package.
International shipping
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at rebelradiance4@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address changes
We cannot change the shipping address once an order has been dispatched. Please double-check your address before completing checkout.
